Would someone please explain Perma-free on Amazon.  Only recently became aware of the term.  Thanks.

You set the price to free on another outlet and then have people report your book as being free. It sometimes works, sometimes doesn't. I can take very little time, and a great deal of time. SOmetimes books will pop off free as well, and you have to have them reported again.

Thank you.  Since I am in Select, there is no other outlet.

Then you cannot go perma-free at this time. You'll need to wait out select and then upload to other outlets before you can manage to get a perma-free title.
