Unfortunately, I doubt anything comes of this. PublishAmerica has often gotten class-action suits dismissed outright, including this one from last year. I see no reason AuthorSolutions won't be able to weasel out of this as well.

The problem is that in most cases these are filed as CONSUMER complaints, but in reality because you sign a "publishing" contract it is treated as a B-2-B fraud complaint in court. It is much harder to prove fraud in B-2-B cases than in general consumer fraud cases.
