This could possibly be a very dumb question, but I am getting ready to possibly make some print versions of my books and have only had ebooks previously. If I make a print version of the book that was published in 2010, do I still list the copyright date as 2010? What if I do a 3-book compilation and one of those books was published in 2011? How do I list that at the beginning of the book? Do I list each copyright separately inside the front, as in
Beautiful Demons copyright 2010
Inner Demons copyright 2010
Bitter Demons copyright 2011

?? I'm sorry if this is totally stupid, but I want to make sure I'm doing this right! If anyone has knowledge or can point me in the right direction to find out, I would appreciate it!

For the print version:

All rights reserved...yadda yadda yadda language you want to put in there. It's up to you -- some prefer stronger wording and others prefer weaker wording.

First paperback printing: 2013
