I'm seriously considering getting one, but I like to use the USB port quite a bit, and it sounds like the corner covers it.  For those of you that have this style, is it reasonably easy to get the Kindle in and out of the cover?

Yes, it is very easy to get in and out. The upper right corner is elastic, just pull that off, and slide the Kindle out.

I have to use the USB a lot. Where I live Whispernet is not available. I don't have any problems with the Oberon cover with corners. I leave the top right loop off and just push the bottom left corner out of the way when I need to plug in the USB cable. Then unplug the cable and pull the corner back into place.
