Most book bloggers have their own review policies with guidelines of what to submit. Best to check at the top of each site.

But if they don't then I'd just keep it simple - a polite request with a short pitch. Good luck!

I sometimes go by the tone of the blog. If the blogger is really bubbly and friendly, I'll probably reflect that in my email. I don't think there's a right or a wrong way. And mostly it all comes down to whether they like the look of your book! But if in doubt, I always go with the less is more approach.
