Go to Terry Brooks' website and contact him through there. Chances are it's an oversight. "The Druid of Shannara" was missing from the Heritage of Shannara Tetrology. I originally contacted Amazon and got a form letter reply, so I went to Terry Brooks' website and contacted him/his staff directly and it became available within a 1-2 months. It may have been confused with another book with a similar title and was never released. I think Terry Brooks' and his staff are really interested in getting all his books into electronic format! Nothing to lose but some time anyway
