Kindle2 day 2 and I think it's broken.  I was transferring files to my kindle 2 via USB.  Then I hit the safely remove hardware button, stopped the device etc.  Disconnected the cable and I have zero books showing on home.  After reconnecting it, the Documents folder is no longer accessible.  The file or directory is corrupted and unreadible.

Any idea how I can fix this?  Is there a reset option on Kindle 2 I can't find?

Thanks in advance for any assistance.

Apologies for the double post, had a posting issue the first time.

To do a reset, slide and hold the power switch for 15-30 seconds. See if that does anything. Report back.

Thanks for the super fast response.

I tried the reset, and but that didn't work for me.

I did get a solution from CS, after calling them.  Hitting Home, then menu, then open settings, then menu again brings up the option to restart or factory reset it.  I had to go with the latter, so it's working now.  I didn't see that in any documentation though.  Hope that info can help others too.
