Yes, all seem to be in. I've gotten all foreign remittance as well as the EU and GBP Createspace one.

Alas, the UK is the only foreign market I reliably get monthly payments from Amazon for. I don't think I'll get paid for my Germany royalties for another couple of months. And I don't believe I've ever sold significantly anywhere else via Amazon. I do fairly well on iTunes in foreign markets, though.

Did anyone in the UK get a US remittance advice? I signed up to the new EFT option last month, but still received a cheque, not a transfer. Hoping I get a funds transfer this month.
