Looks like your book is still 99 cents from my end. But price changes and other meta data always seems to go through the UK site faster than the US Kindle store. Give it some time and the US store will likely adjust to reflect the updated free price. If you don't see a change after 24 hours, you probably should contact Amazon to find out what the hold up is.
