Just submitted Iron Bloom to several dozen review blogs (and still going), but I was wondering - is it considered bad etiquette to submit more than one book to the same reviewer at once? I know some specifically say they are okay with multiple submissions, but for the ones who don't is it better to hold off?

Most of them don't specify anything about multisubs - maybe it would be more polite to hold for just a little bit?

Depends on the reviewer I guess. I wouldn't mind. If the author only offers one book for review, I'm assuming that's the only one (s)he is currently actively seeking reviews for. Personally I like when authors offer all of the books they're looking to get reviewed. Doesn't happen often, but it's nice to get to choose.
