I consider Reading Deals a good company and use them from time to time for book promotions--sometimes paid, sometimes lucking out with a free feature.

I tried one of my books a while ago with their review service. It didn't fare well. But the book was not a new title and didn't garner a ton of reviews elsewhere at the time either. And, the best gift (showing you the sort of company they are) is that they refunded me all my money back.

I don't know about onlinebookclub.
