iBooks promoted one of my permafrees last week out of the blue and is still riding high in iBooks top 50, with subsequent paid books in the series also now in iBooks paid top 100.
All wonderful but my question is; how long does this kind of thing last? iBooks chart certainly seems way more sticky than a Zon wave and sales seem to be increasing day on day. I still have no idea where/how this promo started, but its def iBooks are there is no corresponding rise at other channels. Pinching myself!  :)

I had the same thing happen to me with ibooks last year (though I didn't realize it at the time, I just suddenly had 130 new ratings). The sales slowed eventually, but ibooks has at least remained pretty steady for me ever since.

I'm also really curious about this. My feature began a little over two weeks ago and I'm blown away by sales. I don't know when they'll stop featuring me, but it's nice to know that your sales are fairly sticky after that happens.

I'm actually pulling in more from Apple than I am from Amazon right now. So happy I went wide!
