the first question is definitely The Daily Show with Jon Stewart, and i *think* the answer to the second one is a TV show because if the shirt I googled is the right one, it looks like the Da Vinci drawing of a man but with a lightning icon on the chest and the figure is red on the outstretched version of the figure. Red costume + lightning zig zag = Shazam!

I think its the T.V. show too, however when googled it said the show started on Conan O'Brien....hmmmm.....oh well.
