Seeking examples of successful completed crowdfunded publishing efforts

Pretty much what the thread title says. I'm doing some research for SFWA and want to bring together some good examples of successful publishing crowdfunding projects. In particular, crowdfunded projects that were successfully funded and all products successfully shipped to contributors and/or otherwise made available for sale.

I know about Michael Sullivan's works and the Order of the Stick. I'm sure there are more out there. Post 'em if you got 'em.

I've done this study myself, and found some great examples. I'll be back in a few minutes.  ;)
Any time.  ;)
I offered some books for a kickstarter by Rob Kroese. https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1434376384/the-dis-trilogy-a-series-of-humorous-epic-fantasy That ended quite positively. I just shipped out my books to folks today.
Best advice I can offer: Don't do T-shirts. Way too much hassle with shirt sizes, and too much that can go wrong. Hardcovers are also very risky.
