Sharing Titles

So I've been working on a modern day Cinderella romance, but told from the perspective of her ugly stepsister, who tells us all her deepest, darkest secrets.  I thought I was exceedingly clever in titling my book, "Confessions of an Ugly Stepsister."

Until I did an Amazon search and remembered that Gregory Maguire wrote a bestselling novel with this title (although his is set in Holland in like the 17th century), and I've actually read it (which is where the inspiration from the title must have come from).

Logic dictates I change the title.  But I'm kind of in love with it.

Do we break up or do I throw caution to the wind and keep it?

I don't think it's a huge deal when books have the same name. It happens so much. But if you're worried about confusing readers, I like Carradee's idea of tweaking the title by one word.
