Is anyone else having a problem with the shock wave plugin crashing on Amazon? Know how to fix it? I use Google Chrome, mostly.

I've been having it for months! I'm on Firefox, but it happens even when I use IE. It also causes my Office 360 to lock up & run slow. Would looooove if someone had a tip.

Remove it - with HTML5 being rolled out through all the new browser updates you probably don't need it -your computer will be more secure without it as well.

There's an extension/add-on for both Firefox and Chrome called flashblock. This lets you decide when to allow a flash app to run.
