Yay! Smashwords have finally started handing out ISBN numbers. I expected to wait for approval for premium status, but WITHOUT REPROACH was immediately approved. So soon it should appear on Sony, Apple etc.

I don't know if it will make much difference to sales, but it can't hurt.
