Hello Kindle Support Team,

We are encountering a technical issue when trying to upload our cover image. The system keeps showing an error that the image does not meet the requirements, even after making adjustments.

Please assist with this issue.

Ceejaay --- this is not Kindle Customer support. It's a kindle fan and independent writers' forum. I've moved your post to the writers' section. Perhaps someone can point you to where you need to be to get your problem resolved.

There are only a few things it can be. The size of the image, the resolution, or the format (jpg). I've never had that error message.
