How do I get the time of day on my profile to be correct?

You have to change the time offset. I can't look at it while I answer this but I'm on Central time and I had to add 3 to make the time display correctly.

Look and Layout Preferences.

And you have to change it again when the time changes, it does not automatically update for Daylight Savings Time.
