Thanks! I took the easier route and just dropped the epubs in my Dropbox folder and opened it in my iPad because I'm lazy like that.Terrence OBrien said:To Preview:
1. On a Mac, drag the ePub file into iTunes.
2. Get an iPad with iBooks installed.
3. Synch iPad with the Mac.
4. Open iBooks on iPad and read book.
You can also synch an iPhone with the Mac and read the book on the iPhone. That may be more of a challenge than using an iPad.
If it looks good on the iPad, then proceed with the upload. If not, fix it and go back to #1.
I ran the PC Word file into Pages on the Mac and used the Pages EXPORT EPUB function to produce the ePub. I did this in order to produce an ePub file that is as "Apple" as possible. Pages also has an eBook template that is pretty good. It defaults to block paras, but changing the para spacing can be done by editing the style specs for the body text.
Good luck.
I email the epubs to myself, then open them on my son's iPad, using iBooks.ShortySmalls said:Thank you everyone! I had no point of reference and couldn't find the answer online.

So I'm guessing the epub created by Pages is going to look exactly as is when it's published? If so, it looks like my Page Breaks are not working. Should I be using Section Break instead?
