I have my CreateSpace proof, and am giving it a final read before pushing the button. I've been carrying it around for the last three days and have had six people ask what I'm reading. Four were in a coffee shop, and two in the gym.
So I hold up the cover for them to see, and the same question comes from all six. "Is it any good?"
"Good," I say. "Best book ever written. I wrote it."
That leads to a short exchange about Amazon, Kindle, and how to get the book. In contrast, I've been carrying a Kindle around for several years, and the question it prompts deals with the technology, not what I am reading.
So maybe I'll keep carrying it around even after I push the CS button.
