They're not showing up on the graph on your dashboard? Might be a just a lag. I know I'd be looking for the "Contact Us" link right about now, though.
Mine was weird in a weird way. Five titles were reporting normal sales and one was unchanged since midnight at 0. I hadn't woken to 0 overnight sales on any book for a long time. By afternoon, it was normal sales numbers again.Joe_Nobody said:One more side note, March 2 and 3 were flaky sales reporting days. I'm not sure why, but my reports the last two days have been out of sync. I'd give it all a day or two to settle down if you can, and then make my decision.
Yes, let us know. You're one of the few that actually got sales through AMS.Joyce DeBacco said:Let us know if you get a satisfactory answer. I contacted them four times when it happened to me a few months ago. Each time I had a different person answer, and each one only reiterated how it works. And each time I wrote back telling them that I knew how it worked and to please address the question posed to them. This was on one book's first and only borrow that even was reviewed by the reader. To this day, I haven't gotten credit for it. So I'm interested to know what kind of response you get from them.
