Updating Nook Payment?

Does anyone else have a tough time updating Nook payment and tax information? I click on the drop down arrow next to my name, click on "Vendor Account" , then click on Payment and Tax Information. But, the only thing I see is Are you a U.S. Citizen.

I emailed their support and will be back with an answer in a few days.

But, mean time, I thought someone else might have had experience with this or tell me what I am doing wrong. Thanks!

As an update: No word from support yet. And, I still don't see any way to update the payment/bank account.
I've never had this problem. Try viewing the page in a different browser.. maybe that will work.
