Want to submit to Kindle Singles -- Publish first or no?
Hi, I'm sorry if this question has been asked before, but I have a story I'd like to submit to Kindle Singles. Does it affect their decision at all if I publish it before submitting or not? I'm not sure if I should submit it now, while it's still unpublished, or submit it after I publish it on Amazon, with cover and blurb and all. Do you guys think that matters?
