Okay, I have the Olga skin and screensaver for Isabella and accidentally turned her off (I haven't turned it off for months), but after I did, I noticed that the screensaver design was starting to burn into the display. Thats probably why Amazon's default uses a different one each time its activated.

Yup, burn in is not possible with electronic ink. Once the screen is redrawn, the ghosting is gone.
