Please, what is the ebook royalties tax rate for US books written by a US citizen, for royalties from $1 million to $100 million within 1 year?

And also, book royalties tax rate for ebooks sold outside of the US by an American author, after royalties currency converted: $1 million to $100 million within 1 year.

As a US citizen you'll pay income tax at ordinary income rates (vs capital gains rates) on your net income from book sales, whether via the US amazon site or overseas sites. If you are truly anticipating the figures you're asking about, you really REALLY ought to have some professional tax/accounting help. I'd actually suggest consultation with a tax professional for any author just entering the business and making money so you'll know what sort of records to keep so as to be able to claim legitimate expenses against your income.

For reference, the lowest US rate is 10%; the highest is 37%. That's for personal income tax. Corporations have a different rate schedule.
