Title says it all. They mysteriously disappeared. In fact, I only heard about them on kb.

Did they hold the Kindle in place with hinges?  If so, it's very possible that Amazon pulled the cases because of all the problems hinged cases were causing problems with the Kindle device itself.

They never made the cases.  They were only available for pre-order and they never came through with them.
