Montlake might have a different schedule than KDP though. I am honestly not sure.

I have no idea either. Your contract doesn't stipulate those terms?

You should be paid quarterly, about 30 days after the end of the quarter.
(I'm with 47N.)
So, I got paid Jan 30 for the last quarter of 2012.

You should be able to email your author team with these questions.
