Does anybody know who can make those rotating ad banners you see on the sides of major websites? I booked some advertising with two sites and need banners made to suit their specifications. Any suggestions would be welcome.

If your books are on Smashwords, Smashingreads has an animated banner generator in alpha.

If you have Photoshop and Imageready it is pretty simple. Alternatively there are a few free tools like this one where you can create the individual frames on your PC and upload them, or use its internal creator.

I use www.bannersnack.com if I want a flash banner. I's easy to use. You have to pay for the ad if you want it watermark free. You buy credits like you would at a stock photo site. I think it was $15 for the 8 credits needed when I made my ad.
