I was so excited to load my new cover for "The Girl" Renu sent it to me in the size that I needed.
And in the right format. I load it and it shows up on my KDP page. It says I loaded correctly. I wait over ten hrs and its not showing up. I know it says it may take up to 24 hrs but when KDP is still working on a change I have made, they make sure that book can't be highlighted or opened.

What I mean is it acts as if it made the changes I needed it to make but when I look on the Amazon page its the old pic, not the new one? What's am I doing wrong? ???

I'm not sure but when I click to open The Girl I see both covers.

The original cover has the Look Inside feature. The new cover is listed as a 'Customer Image'.

And tell Renu to take the watermark off the new cover. It's there on the upload and looks tacky.

No its not Renu's fault. I was just trying to see if I could get any pic to load. I took it down. The copy she sent me is perfect. Yet every time I load it, it shows up on the KDP page S my cover but when I go to Amazon...nothing has changed.
Argh!!!

It my experience, it can take longer for a new cover to show up -- past the point when the book looks "live" again on your bookshelf in KDP (I think that's what you're saying ... that the looks live but the new cover still isn't showing). I'd suggest loading the new cover through KDP (not as a customer image) and giving it a couple days. If it's still not showing up, then email KDP and ask for help.

LOL, thats the word I was looking for--live.
Okay, I see what you're saying. I still find it strange that it shows the new cover on the KDP Page
But, I will go to sleep and hope it gets fixed soon. Thx for your help:)
