I have a white line running down the exact middle of my K2 screen. This problem just became evident yesterday. I rebooted the Kindle and charged the battery to full. It's still there. Any help would be appreciated.
welcome to Kindleboards! I'm so sorry your first post had to be about a problem! Yes, definitely call Customer Service. From what others have posted, you might have to leave a message, but that lets them look up your info and have Kindle Support call you back. Let us know what you hear from them.
