GelaSkins has a few on Amazon.com for Kindle 2 but it looks like they only cover the back.

IStyles skins are from DecalGirl. IStyles doesn't make their own.

DecalGirl and Tego are the only ones I've seen.  I would also like to see other places that sells them, just to have more options to choose from.
