I wish I could find the post on Amazon to link to, but basically, one guy loaded a bunch of books into his Kindle via the USB port and could not get a proper charge for days (the battery would drain quickly even after being fully charged).
Has anyone else experienced this if they load their Kindle up with a high volume of books? (Whether it's via the USB port or through Whispernet.)
I'm asking because I've found several books I'm interested in that are under 50 cents and I want to grab them now in case their prices go back up, but my Kindle hasn't actually arrived yet. I'm worried about overloading the Kindle with books if it's going to have an adverse affect on the charge when I finally get the device and turn on Whispernet for the first time.
Thanks.
