XinXii distribution

For anyone interested in XinXii and how long it takes for distribution to happen:
I uploaded my book on the 27th of Dec, and it has finally shipped to B&N and the iBookstore on the 10th of Jan.  So about 14 days.

Still waiting for Sony and the others but those were the two I was interested in.

I can add a little data here as well.  I uploaded three books on the 28th of Dec and they all shipped to Casa del Libro on 10th of Jan (so again, about 14 days.).  They are still listed as being "submitted for approval" at Wetbild, Sony, T-mobile, and Vodafone.

...although I cannot find my books when I search on those sites...  ???  Maybe I'm doing it wrong.
All you have to do is type n the title on Barnes&Noble.com to find it.  As for I-tunes I have a b*tch of a time just getting to the books on there! Now three of mine are there, but not part 2! Instead, there is 1, 3, and 4.  Sigh.
Caddy - Easiest way for me to find my book listings on iTunes is to type my "Nassise iTunes"  into Google (Nassise being my last name) and all the individual listing show up, plus the page that contains them all in one view.

Doesn't work for me, including when I type my full name. I also find iTunes navigation to be apparently designed to stifle searches. I just sold my first book in the iBookstore. But I'm in awe that anyone could find it, unless they simply stumbled over it.

Tried that already -- I don't thing it's actually there :-\
It does work for Caddy though. First result I got was:

https://itunes.apple.com/us/book/gastien-part-1-cost-dream/id505348471?mt=11

Scrolling down on that page will also show two other books in the same series. Is that all of them you've uploaded, Caddy?

FYI, I have multiple books in German and French on XinXii and I have yet to make a sale. The same titles have sold a least a few on Amazon, B&N, Kobo and iBookstore. That place is deadsville!
I uploaded two books to XinXii on December 19 and 20 respectively and both were shipped to Casa del Libro and Barnes & Noble on January 10, Normally, they ship faster, so I suspect that XinXii had an extended holiday break. Both books shipped on January 10 were already available at Casa del Libro today.

As for Barnes & Noble, they are just slow period and it usually takes about a month for books reported as shipped to show up in the store. I have a book that was shipped to B&N on December 16 (and B&N needed two weeks to approve the book, whereas Casa del Libro managed to approve it in approx. 3 days and had it available in their store after another day or two), but still isn't available in their store. So in short, Barnes & Noble is just a mess, regardless whom you use to distribute to them.

As for XinXii sales, I get the occasional sale there, though it's not a whole lot. German books seem to do better at XinXii than English books, though one of my German titles doesn't sell there at all, although it's my second best selling German title at Amazon. Different audiences, I guess.

I uploaded my books through https://www.draft2digital.com.

On average it took about 36 hours for B&N, less for iTunes.

Thanks Cora, that's really useful information.
I didn't realize XinXii was distributing to outside sites. Last I looked at them, they were a startup ebook store with aspirations. I made a mental note to check into them later if they survived.  ;)

Sounds interesting. Sounds like they are reaching some stores that other distributors are not, too. Worthwhile perhaps using them AND Draft2Digital? Hit the majors with D2D (or Smashwords) and hit the extras with XinXii?
XinXii distributes to a couple of markets that Smashwords and Draft2Digital don't hit, such as Casa del Libro (Spanish), Weltbild (German), Hugendubel (German), Page Place (German) and I think some others.
