Its my book written in lockdown - speculative alternate reality scifi.jm2019 said:Love the cover. I'm not a reader of fantasy/YA but I'm assuming it's one of those genres. Would help if you published it in a smaller size and thumbnail so we can get a sense of how it would look on Amazon pages.
Actually the space ship is the one thing that's going because it doesn't fit the book. In it's place will go something futuristic.NikOK said:It's cool. On the computer I can just open it in a new tab and it's normal size. And yeah, I think it looks great. My only suggestion, and this is a total nitpick, but something about the spaceship image looks off to me. Maybe if it was slightly higher? I think that it's in a straight line with the balloon where the other images are offset on the X axis makes it distracting. Heh, like I said, total nitpick. The thing looks amazing!
There's definitely a steampunk element, along with alternate worlds, environmental disaster and the evolution of the solar system!SaltObelisk said:It looks like an excellent cover to me. I'm thinking... YA steampunk? (I write in that genre myself, btw)
Hi JimJimmyB said:Hey Alondo,
Your cover is absolutely awesome. Past and future...Love it
Not much of a critique. I'm not in the habit of tearing things apart to study them. I just enjoy as a whole. Fantasy fiction is such fun to write...just like my book.
Where can I check out and e-book (if available in that format). Looks like a book my daughter would like, but I couldn't find it on Amazon.
You're a star, Jim! Thanks so much.JimmyB said:Hey Mark. Your site looks awesome. really well done. I 'Followed' you and purchased your first novel "The Sea of Storms" on Amazon. It seems like it will be an awesome read. Have a great day...Jim
