Anyone have a contact for Booksbutterfly?

Hi, all

I, because I had a moment of idiocy, entered an incorrect email address when I recently ordered from Booksbutterfly

I need to contact them, quite urgently, so that I can get this sorted. I've tried the email on their website, but I haven't heard back yet.

Has anyone used them and do you have an email I can use? I know they use these boards as well, so, if you're there, Booksbutterfly, come find me haha

I had an unhappy promo experience at Booksbutterfly. Perhaps my book, my blurb, my cover, but regardless, it took direct email, website email, and finally a Paypal query to get a response. I'm waiting on "store credit" because they guarantee sales, minimum 20 (but expect 20 to 60) and I sold a total of (11) 99-cent books for a $70 promo. I got better response from $15 and $25 promos in January for "Getting Thin is Murder." Maybe a worn-out email list, maybe poor website page views, or maybe, again, my own fault because my book isn't as good as I had hoped. I'll make a decision after my "store credit" and my KND promo.

This is my first time, so I have no feedback on sales yet. I'm hoping it will be positive, obviously.

As an update, I haven't heard back yet.
