I have had a book on KDP for 15 years. Last December we sent out several review copies and the people placed their reviews, all withing a day of each other. Now, nearly 9 months later I get a notice the book is blocked because of improper reviews. They say if I remove the reviews they will unblock, but, they wont say which reviews and as far as I know you can't remove reviews unless they mark them as improper.

Catch-22, any ideas? I have been playing email tag but can't get to a real person I think it is just some bot or AI.
