I've figured out how to hold the DX above my head when I'm lying down but turning pages is just such a hassle, especially when the font size is large and you're doing that often. We need a device that puts a little pressure on the page turning button. Think of a brake on a bike and how it squeezes the wheel to brake. Same idea. There must be items out there sold for other uses that one could retrofit for this application. Doing it wirelessly would be the next step.
