Print Book Formatting Question

I've worked through most of my issues with formatting for Createspace but I'm still struggling with one thing: Chapter headings.

Does anyone have any decent links with a how-to guide for formatting the actual chapter headings. I'm guessing I can go in and manually do every one but I'm sure there is a simpler way to do it with "styles".

I for the life of me cannot seem to do it.

Once you have your chapter headings assigned to a style, you can also have it automatically generate a table of contents.
