I have a Kindle2 with and MEdge binder. it is held in with 2 clips that go into the edge of the Kindle. I was thinking about getting a new binder as the one I bought when I got my Kindle is pretty cheap looking and there are some pretty nice ones available now. I'd like to dress it up a little. Anyway,  I can't seem to figure out how to remove the Kindle from the clips, they seem to be pretty solidly attached. Is there a certain way to do this? I don't want to force it for fear of breaking the kindle or one of the clips off inside it.

Thanks, Phil

Is this the M-Edge Go Jacket?  Start by sliding the top hinge slider down.  The kindle should come loose.  The bottom hinge doesn't have a slider, so gently move the kindle down and off of it.

It came with instructions.  I wouldn't have gotten the jacket on properly without them.  I have four go-jackets, so I've switch them off a number of times.  You can also see the instructions on the M-Edge website.

I usually keep instructions and then don't know where I put them.   But I put this one in with the covers I'm not using at the moment.  It's a nice-looking shiny brochure.  But it's also on their website.

Here are the instruc's from the medgestore.com site, that give you directions on how to install the Kindle into the Go, but the instruc's are similar with the hinge system on any of the m-edges; to remove it, just do it in reverse; just remember to push down on the top hinge, and then gently rotate down for the bottom hinge; Hope this helps.
