But the book is hilarious and fascinating because, after the title page, acknowledgements, and toc, the book is 266 pages or so of... blank pages. Quite appropriately in light of the title but regardless of one's take on the intent or content of the book, how incredibly amusing, fascinating, and clever to publish essentially front matter and blank pages and achieve #1 status.
A writing and marketing strategy well outside the conventional wisdom. A case study on audience, on market that, even in other less charged areas of thought, might offer some distilled lessons.
