IngramSpark keeps rejecting ISBN - struggling!

I have the same problem with Ingram Spark. I accidentally caused it myself by creating my own book twice on the Ingram Spark shelf. When I mailed them the description of how the error happened, they just wanted to transfer the book across from KDP. It was never in expanded distribution on KDP & this will not fix the problem within IS database. So far I just wait....
